A “This is the first time I’ve left the house this week.” OOTD

As much as I’m wishing that this title is a lie, it’s not. I really haven’t left the house since Saturday due to the fact that I’ve been on my deathbed. Okay, that was dramatic. But I’ve been pretty sick with a cold/cough that just won’t go away and haven’t felt up to going anywhere. Today I’m feeling way better and had to pick up a few things from Target (metallic flash tattoos and chocolate, of course) so I decided to venture out into the world, once again. I do apologize for the not-so-great quality of this, but at the time I had no one to take an actual picture of me so what’s a girl to do? This lighting does seem to create the illusion that I’m a lot tanner than I actually am though so I’m not complaining that much.

I kept it pretty simple today and gravitated towards my usual summer style, as of late. A plain t-shirt, denim shorts, something tied around my waist, and Vans-esque slip-ons. Is it good that people are telling me my style is becoming “hipstery” lately? I don’t know.
